摘要
研究了炭黑和炭黑/白炭黑两种补强填充体系对集成橡胶(SIBR)/天然橡胶(NR)、SIBR/顺丁橡胶(BR)及SIBR/NR/BR胶料性能的影响。结果表明,共混比为70/30的SIBR/NR体系的综合性能最好,具有较好的拉伸性能和抗湿滑性能;炭黑/白炭黑补强体系的性能优于全炭黑补强体系,具有较高的物理机械性能,较好的耐屈挠、耐刺扎和低生热性能,其低滚动阻力性能与高抗湿滑性能之间具有良好的平衡。
The effect two kinds of filling system i.e.carbon black and carbon black/silica reinforce on the properties of SIBR/NR,SIBR/BR and SIBR/NR/BR compounds were investigated.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of SIBR/NR(70/30)compound was the best,having a superior tensile properties and wet skid performance.The properties of carbon black/silica reinforce system were better than that of carbon black,having a desirable physical and mechanical properties,a good flexural property,an excellent stab resistance,a low heat build-up performance,as well as a better balance between low rolling resistance and high wet skid performance,and can be widely applied in the rubber product field such as tire tread rubber.
