摘要 研究了SBS T6302H应用于委内瑞拉基质沥青生产高性能改性沥青的工艺条件,分析相容剂、发育温度及发育时间对改性沥青针入度、软化点、延度、离析值等关键指标的影响规律;采用美国SHRP沥青结合料评价体系,对SBS T6302H改性沥青进行性能分级,并对该高性能改性沥青工业化使用效果进行检验。结果表明,SBS T6302H可以生产出满足高标准改性沥青指标要求的工业化产品,提高相容剂掺量,可促进T6302H与沥青更好地相容,提升改性沥青的综合性能;适当延长发育时间,提高发育温度,有助于改善离析指标;在掺量为4.5%(质量分数)时,改性沥青性能分级可满足PG 76-28技术要求。 This paper studied the process conditions of high performance asphalt based on Venezuela bitumen modified with SBS T6302 Hand analyzed the influence of compatilizer,the temperature and the time of performance development on the key indexes,such as penetration,softening point,ductility and segregation.And then the performance grade of SBS T6302 H modified asphalt was evaluated by SHRP indexes and the performance of industrial modified asphalt was tested.The results showed that industrial modified asphalt with SBS T6302 Hcan meet the technical specifications of high performance.Through increasing the amount of the compatilizer,the compatibility between SBS T6302 H and asphalt can be promoted,so the comprehensive pavement performance can be improved.Prolonging the time of performance development and raising the temperature can contribute to reduce segregation index.The grade of PG 76-28 can be reachable for SBS T6302 H modified asphalt,when the mixing amount of SBS T6302 His 4.5%.
