异戊橡胶IR 70门尼黏度标准物质在2016年11月经国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准后,在合成橡胶行业有着极重要的应用,尤其在研究和评价测量分析方法、产品检验、生产过程中产品的质量控制、考核分析人员的操作技术水平、保存和传递特性量值建立测量溯源性、保证测量结果的一致性、校核仪器和认证机构的质量控制和评价等方面都将发挥重要作用并提供了技术支撑。该标准物质经过样品候选、均匀性与稳定性检验、定值与不确定度评定等系列工作,研制出异戊橡胶IR 70门尼黏度标准物质。该标准物质的定值结果在95%的置信概率时,定值结果呈正态分布、无异常值、等精度。因此,该标准物质的标准值在ML_(1+4)^(100℃)条件下为76.2±1.0。

Isoprene rubber（IR 70）Mooney viscosity standard material was issued in november 2016 by the State Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection.It had a very important application and provided technical support in the synthetic rubber industry,especially in research and evaluation of measurement analysis methods,checking instrument,product quality control in the production process,examination the operational level of analyst,preservation and transferring characteristic values,establishing measurement traceability,ensuring consistency and comparability of measurement results,quality control and evaluation of product inspection and certification authority,laboratory accreditation,etc.The isoprene rubber Mooney viscosity standard material had been successfully developed after sample candidation,uniformity and stability test,calibration and uncertainty evaluation and other series of work.The data of fixed values were in normal distribution,no suspicious,and in equal precision at 95% confidence probability.The nominal value of standard material was 76.2±1.0at ML_（1＋4）^（100℃）.
