摘要
丙烯酸酯橡胶是以丙烯酸酯为主要单体聚合而成的弹性体,在汽车、电器、电线电缆等许多领域均有着广泛的应用。首先介绍了丙烯酸酯橡胶的结构特点与性能,然后概述了连续乳液聚合、半连续乳液聚合、核壳乳液聚合、辐射乳液聚合等方法合成丙烯酸酯橡胶的研究进展。进一步对丙烯酸酯橡胶通过分子结构设计与优化以改善其综合使用性能以及在破乳工艺等方面的最新研究工作进行了综述。最后,对丙烯酸酯橡胶未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Acrylate rubber is a kind of elastomer polymerized with acrylate monomers,and has been widely applied in automobile,electrical appliance,wire and cable,etc.In this paper,the structure characteristics and properties of acrylate rubber was firstly introduced,and then the research progress of the synthetic method for acrylate rubber was summarized,including continuous emulsion polymerization,semi-continuous emulsion polymerization,core-shell emulsion polymerization and radiation emulsion polymerization.Furthermore,the new research works on improving the over-all properties of acrylate rubber by molecular structure designing and optimizing as well as the demulsification process were reviewed.At last,the development directions of acrylate rubber were looked forward.
