艾灸对膝骨性关节炎模型大鼠膝关节软组织中NF-kbp65蛋白和IKB-α蛋白的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察艾灸"膝眼"、"足三里"对膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)模型大鼠膝关节软组织中NFkbp65蛋白和IKB-α蛋白表达的影响,为艾灸的局部抗炎免疫作用机制提供依据。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、艾灸组3组,每组20只;以艾灸为主要治疗手段,运用ELISA方法,观察艾灸"膝眼"、"足三里"对模型大鼠膝关节软组织中NF-kbp65蛋白和IKB-α蛋白表达的影响。结果:艾灸对实验性KOA大鼠膝关节软组织中NF-KBp65的蛋白表达有抑制作用,IKB-α的蛋白表达有升高作用。结论:艾灸改善大鼠关节软组织中NF-k B的高调控状态可能是其发挥抗炎免疫作用的有效机制之一。 Objective: To observe the effect of moxibustion on the expression of NF-kbp65 protein and IKB- protein in the soft tissue of knee joint in rats with knee osteoarthritis, To provide the basis for the mechanism of anti inflam- mation and immunity of moxibustion.Methods: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and moxibustion group (n = three ), with each group of 20 rats in each group; The ELISA method was used to observe the effect of moxibustion on the expression of NF-kbp65 protein and IKB- protein in the soft tissue of the knee joint in the model rats. Results:Moxibustion could inhibit the expression of NF-KBp65 protein in the soft tissue of knee joint of experimental KOA rats, and the expression of IKB- protein was increased.Conclusion:It is one of the effective mecha- nisms to improve the anti inflammation and immune function of NF-kB in rats with soft tissue.
