通督调神法治疗不寐的临床疗效评价与分析

Clinical Curative Effect Evaluation and Analysis of Tongdu Tiaoshen Method in Treating Insomnia

目的:揭示通督调神法治疗不寐的临床疗效、医疗费用、住院时间等方面的优势。方法:根据就诊顺序将符合纳入标准的60例不寐患者随机分为2组,各30例。治疗组患者采用通督调神法针刺治疗,而对照组则接受药物治疗。2组患者均于治疗前后采用匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)、SPIEGEL量表、阿森斯睡眠评定量表(AIS)进行评分。同时,对研究对象的住院时间、住院费用、满意度、以及变异性等方面也进行临床统计。结果:2组治疗后PSQI量表评分、SPIEGEL量表评分、AIS量表评分均低于治疗前,P<0.01,具有非常显著性差异;2组间治疗后比较均具有显著性差异。2组间安全性评价比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组间住院费用评价、住院时间评价、满意度评价比较具有非常显著性差异2组间变异性评价比较无显著性差异(P=0.704>0.05)。结论:通督调神针法能有效改善睡眠质量,安全性高,住院时间较短,患者满意度高,更具可行性。

Objective： To reveal the clinical effect, medical costs and length of stay of Tongdu Tiaoshen method in treating insomnia. Methods： 60 people meet the inclusion criteria with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups, each of 30 cases. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture, while the control group received medication. The Pittsburgh sleep quality Scale （PSQI）, the SPIEGEL scale, and the Arsenal sleep rating scale （AIS） were used to evaluate the patients in the two groups. At the same time, the information of the hospital stay, hospital costs, satisfaction, and variability and other aspects of clinical statistics were collated. Results： The scores of PSQI, SPIEGEL and AIS were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.01）, and there was a significant difference be- tween the two groups. There was significant difference in safety evaluation between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in the hospital stay, hospital costs, satisfaction. But there was no signifi- cant difference between the two groups in the variability evaluation（P=0.704〉0.05）. Conclusion： Tongdu Tiaoshen acu- puncture method can effectively improve the quality of sleep, high safety, shorter hospital stay, patient satisfaction is high. more feasible.
