稳压颗粒对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能及血压变异性影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察稳压颗粒对原发性高血压患者血压控制达标率、血管内皮功能及血压变异性的影响。方法:将符合标准的92例EH患者,以随机数字表法分组。分为对照组与观察组,每组各46例,对照组给予常规降压方案,观察组在对照组基础上联合稳压颗粒冲服,3个月后对比2组血压控制达标率,6个月后对比2组血压达标率,并以一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)评价血管内皮功能,以动态血压标准差评价血压变异性。结果:2个疗程结束时,观察组血压达标率84.78%优于对照组的45.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组24hd SSD、24h SSD治疗后均较治疗前明显降低,且均明显低于对照组治疗后相关指标(P<0.05),而24hd DSD、24h DSD无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组NO、NOS治疗后均较治疗前明显升高,ET-1较治疗前明显降低,且于对照组治疗后相关指标有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:稳压颗粒可改善EH患者血管内皮功能,具有良好降压效果,且可显著降低EH患者BPV,降低其靶器官损害风险,值得临床研究推广。 Objective: To observe the effect of Wenya granules on blood pressure control compliance rate, vascular endothelial function and blood pressure variability in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: 92 patients with EH were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table. The control group was given the conventional antihypertensive regimen. The observation group was treated with the Wenya gran- ules on the basis of the control group. 3 months later, compared with 2 groups of blood pressure control compliance rate.After 6 months of treatment, the blood pressure compliance rate of the two groups was compared with that of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and Angiotensin 1I (Ang I1 ) vascular endothelial func- tion. Blood pressure variability was assessed by standard deviation of ambulatory blood pressure. Results: At the end of the two courses, the rate of blood pressure in the observation group was 84.78% higher than that in the control group (45.65%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The observation group 24hdSSD, 24hSSD treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and were significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P〈0.05). 24hdDSD, 24hDSD no significant difference (P〉0.05).The levels of NO and NOS in the observation group were signifi- cantly higher than those before treatment, ET-1 was significantly lower than that before treatment, and there was sig- nificant difference (P〈0.05) in the control group after treatment.Conclusion: Wenya granules can improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with EH, have good anti-hypertensive effect, and can significantly reduce the risk of BPV in patients with EH, reduce the risk of target organ damage, worthy of clinical research and promotion.
