摘要
目的:观察黄芪建中汤联合早期肠内营养对神经危重症患者营养与免疫功能的影响。方法:选取脑病科重症监护病房的60例危重患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用肠内营养治疗,而治疗组同时再给予黄芪建中汤300m L,疗程为1周。观察2组治疗前后血清蛋白水平及免疫指标情况。结果:在治疗前,2组总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(Pre-ALB)、视黄醇结合蛋白差异无统计学意义,经治疗后,2组的TP、ALB升高差异无统计学意义;Pre-ALB、视黄醇结合蛋白水平均明显提高,治疗组明显高于对照组。2组治疗前淋巴细胞总数(TLC)、免疫球蛋白Ig A、Ig G、Ig M无统计学意义,治疗后,2组的Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平均有提升,但治疗组显著高于对照组。结论:黄芪建中汤联合肠内营养能进一步改善神经危重症患者营养状况,提高免疫防御功能,提高患者的生命质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with early enteral nutrition on nutrition and immune function in patients with critical nervous system. Methods: 60 patients with intensive care unit of encephalopathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with enteral nutrition, while the treatment group was given 300mL of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction at the same time for 1 week. The levels of serum protein and immune index were observed before and after treatment. Results: Before treat- ment, there were no significant differences in total protein binding protein between the two groups. After treatment, TP, (TP), ALB albumin (ALB), prealbumin (Pre-ALB) and retinol There was no significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). The levels of Pre-ALB and retinol-binding protein were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group. There was no significant difference in the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the two groups before treatment, but the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with enteral nutrition can further improve the nutritional status of critically ill patients, improve immune defense function and improve the quality of life of patients.
