面瘫丸对特发性面神经麻痹患者IL-1β、TNF-α的干预作用

Effect of facial paralysis pill on IL-1β, TNF-α in the patients with idiopathic facial palsy

目的:通过观察面瘫丸对特发性面神经麻痹患者H-B评分、IL-1β、TNF-α的影响,了解面瘫丸论治的特发性面神经麻痹作用机制。方法:将82例特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,分别予口服面瘫丸、西医常规治疗。结果:治疗前后治疗组H-B评分、IL-1β、TNF-α值与对照组相比,P<0.05。2组患者在治疗期间均未见不良反应。结论:面瘫丸可通过降低IL-1β、TNF-α的水平达到改善特发性面神经麻痹症状。

Objective： To observe the effect of facial paralysis pill on H-B score, IL-1β and TNF- α in patients with idiopathic facial paralysis, and to understand the mechanism of facial paralysis paroxysmal facial paralysis. Meth- ods： 82 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. They were treated with oral paralysis pill and western medicine respectively. Results： Compared with the control group, the levels of H-B, IL-1β and TNF- α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Facial paralysis pill can improve the idiopathic facial paralysis by reducing the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α.
