心理护理配合参桂胶囊治疗绝经综合征研究

The Treatment Effect Study on Menopausal Syndrome of Shengui Capsule Combined with Psychological Nursing

目的:探讨心理护理配合参桂胶囊治疗绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的84例绝经综合征女性随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各42例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上,加用参桂胶囊治疗(3粒/次、3次/d,疗程4周),同时给予心理护理。结果:治疗组的总有效率97.62%,对照组的总有效率61.90%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组的总有效率(P<0.01)。结论:心理护理配合参桂胶囊治疗绝经综合征疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing combined with Shengui capsule in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods： 84 patients with postmenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group was treated with conventional western medicine. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shengui capsule on the basis of control group（3 tablets/time, 3times/d, treatment 4 weeks）, while giving psychological care. Results： The total effective rate was 97.62% in the treatment group and 61.90% in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Psychological care combined with Shengui capsule in the treatment of menopausal syndrome is effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
