以学生为中心的多元化教学方法在中医妇科学教学中的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价分析多元化教学方法在中医妇科学的教学过程中应用的总体效果。方法观察组采用多元化教学方法,有案例教学法、多媒体及网络教学法、仿真模型教学法及情景教学法等,对照组采用传统的教学方法即以教师讲授为主配合PPT。比较两组在学期结束后理论成绩有无显著性差异,并对观察组进行主观测评。结果观察组的期末成绩为89.6±7.50分,对照组的期末成绩为81.2±6.30,两组采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析P值小于0.05,有显著性差异。结论在中医妇科学的教学过程中根据授课内容灵活运用多元化教学方法可以充分调动学生学习积极性,突出学生在学习中的主体地位,有助于培养学生的临床思维能力,提高医学素质。 Objective: To evaluate the total effects of the diversification teaching methods used into the TCM Gynecology teaching course. Methods The students were divided into two groups, the diversification teaching methods(such as case-based teaching method, multi-media or net-based teaching method, simulation model teaching method and situational teaching method) were used into the observation group, while the traditional teaching method based on teacher teaching and PPT was used into the matched group. To compare these two groups have significant differences or not, and to evaluate the observation group. Results: the final score assessment of observation group is 89.6±7.50, while the final score assessment of matched group is 81.2±6.30. Used the SPSS 19.0 to statistical analysis, the value of P is less than 0.05, which illustrates that there are significant differences. Conclusions: In the teaching course of TCM Gynecology, the diversification teaching methods should be used to activate the enthusiasm of students and let them into the domination location, which can help to foster the students' clinical ability of thinking and enhance medical science diathesis.
