摘要
韶钢炼钢厂生产冷镦钢SWRCH6A时,在连铸浇注过程中容易出现堵水口的现象.水口堵塞后造成连铸结晶器液面波动大,结晶器内的钢水易出现卷渣和二次氧化,严重时甚至连铸机异常终浇.文章主要对SWRCH6A钢水可浇性差的原因进行了研究分析,并对关键工艺进行调整,使钢水可浇性得到明显的改善.
During the production of cold heading steel SWRCH6A in SGIS Steel-making Plant, the phenomenon of nozzleblocked occurs easily during continuous casting. After being blocked, the mold level will fluctuate greatly, which will bring the consequence of slag entrainment and secondary oxidation and in the extreme condition, it will cause the abortion of the casting for abnormal operation. The reasons of poor castability of molten steel SWRCH6A are studied and the key process is adjusted which improves the castability obviously.
