摘要 介绍了一种重金属铊去除技术在韶钢重金属应急处理系统的应用,通过对工艺流程及运行情况的分析,验证了重金属高效生物吸附去除技术应用的效果.结果表明,重金属高效生物吸附去除技术对韶钢烧结脱硫废水处理的效果显著,特别是其他技术难以去除的铊元素,经处理后外排水铊元素含量在10μg/L以下.该技术可作为湿法脱硫废水处理的参考技术,对含铊废水处理具有指导意义. This paper introduces an application of thallium removal technology in emergency treatment system of heavy metals at SGIS. The effect of removal by biosorption is verified through the analysis of the process and operation situation. The results show that the effect of removing heavy metals by biosorption is remarkable in the wastewater treatment plants for sintering desulfurization, especially for removing thallium which is difficult to be removed with other technologies. After treatment by biosorption, the thallium content in water is under 10μg/L. The technology can be taken as reference to the wastewater treatment of wet desulphurization and has guiding significance for wastewater treatment containing thallium.
