摘要
针对国有钢铁企业面临的产能过剩、产品价格下跌、生产经营困难等问题,以裁减冗员、优化用工结构为突破口,探索国有企业转型发展过程中,人力资源优化的应用与实践.简述韶钢人力资源面临的主要问题,分析韶钢人力资源优化的创新方法,介绍韶钢人力资源优化的做法,总结人力资源优化给钢铁企业管理带来的影响和收益.
The state-owned iron and steel enterprises are facing the difficulties such as overcapacity, falling of product price, and production and management. In order to reduce the redundancies and optimize the employment structure as a breakthrough, the application and practice of optimizing human resources are applied to the process of transformation and development of state owned enterprises. The main problems of the state-owned iron and steel enterprise, SGSI, are briefly described, the innovative method for optimizing human resources is analyzed, the practice of optimizing human resources at SGIS is introduced and the profit and impact of optimization of human resources on the management of iron and steel enterprises are summarized.
