浅埋深复杂条件回采巷道变形控制技术实践

摘要 江苏省能源国际有限公司项目部开采的某矿7111工作面采深不到350 m,回采期间两道尤其是机道顶板下沉、帮部位移、底板鼓起,巷道变形严重,以致U29型钢棚变形扭曲,巷道断面收缩,修护卧底扩刷量大,制约了工作面正常生产。为控制巷道变形,开展了巷道变形控制技术研究,并在接续的7110工作面进行技术应用,取得了良好的效果。 7111 working face of a mine in Jiangsu Province Energy International Limited Project Department of mining depth is less than 350 m, in the process of mining,roof settlement, displacement of two sides of roadways, floor heave, roadway deformation is serious in two roadways, especially in the transport tunnel, so that the U29 type steel shed was deformed seriously,the section of roadway was reduced,the amount of relevant repair and maintenance was improved, and all this has restricted the normal production of working face. In order to control the deformation of the roadway, the deformation control technology of the roadway was studied and applied on 7110 working face ,and has achieved good effects.
