新安煤业主井提升系统提能改造方案的比选

Comparison and selection of lifting scheme for hoisting system of main shaft in Xin'an Coal Mine

随着井下采煤机械化水平的提高,新安煤业主井提升系统现有提升能力已不能满足矿井产能的释放,直接影响到矿井的经济效益,因此,矿井主提升机提能改造势在必行。文章简要论述了改造的原因及三种可行性方案,并从系统安全、经济效益及改造期间对正常生产影响几个方面进行了论证,优选出最佳方案。

With the improvement of mechanization level in underground coal mining, the existing lifting capacity of Xin＇an coal mine hoisting system cannot meet the mine production capacity release, directly affected economic benefits of the mine.Therefore, it was necessary to improve hoisting capacity of the mine hoist.This paper briefly expounded the reasons for transformation and proposed three feasible schemes, and to demonstrate from system safety, economic benefits and the period of reform effected on normal production, finally, the best scheme were selected.
