降低紧密赛络纺精梳棉/大麻梳棉断头数的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了寻求影响紧密赛络纺7.3 tex精梳棉/大麻70/30梳棉断头数的因素,介绍了原料的选择及梳棉工艺,从原料胶质、抱合力、刚性、短绒率,梳棉车速,A、B柔软剂与水比例,蒸纱温度和蒸纱时间等方面,寻求降低紧密赛络纺7.3 tex精梳棉/大麻70/30梳棉断头数。认为:通过研究不同混纺比的棉/大麻对梳棉断头数影响,正常生产应选择棉含量大于30%进行盘混;为减少麻纤维杂质和短绒,麻纤维需先进行预分梳;正常生产梳棉车速偏低控制在60~80 m/min之间;软麻油剂A、B与水比例选择1∶2∶7;蒸纱温度选择65℃,时间30 h;通过以上改进,解决了大麻梳棉难纺的问题,保证梳棉断头数控制在每小时0.5次以内。 In order to seek to influence factors about number of breakages of compact Siro spinning7. 3 tex combed cotton/hemp carding 70/30,this paper introduces the selection and carding process raw materials from the raw material gum more cohesion small rigidity,raw linters high rate of speed carding discomfort,AB water softener ratio discomfort,steam temperature and yarn steaming time to start six main factors,finding out number of breakages to reduce close siro 7. 3 tex combed cotton/hemp carding70/30. The result is: By working with different blending ratios of cotton/hemp on carding number of breakages,the normal production of select cotton content greater than 30% proportion disc mix; to reduce impurities and short fiber hemp fiber,hemp fiber to pre-carding; normal production need low speed control,carding speed need to keep the speed of 60 ~ 80 m/min; soft sesame oil agent a,B select materials and water ratio of 1∶ 2∶ 7; yarn steaming temperature selection 65 ℃; yarn steaming time Select30 hours; the above improvements,hemp carding difficult to solve the problem of spinning,carding ensure decapitated per hour in less than 0. 5 times.
