埋地天然气管道冻胀变形的数值分析与处理 被引量:4

摘要 随着我国对天然气需求量的逐年增长,输气量大幅提高,管线压力不断提升,导致部分天然气门站或高压调压站的埋地管道出现了较严重的冻胀变形,造成了安全隐患.针对该现象,探究其产生原因.利用有限元软件对该现象进行数值仿真模拟,分析埋地燃气管道受冻胀影响的应力和位移分布情况,并提出一些相关技术性预防措施,如预热、置换土、绝热保温、冷能回收等措施,为已建和新建的天然气管道提供借鉴. With the increasing demand of natural gas in our country,both the capacity and pressure of pipelines increased significantly,which caused the throttling effect after pressure regulation in the gas gate station.A thick layer of frozen soil formed around the buried pipelines.When the frozen soil melted,the pipelines failed to reset completely.The pipeline uplift phenomenon became more obvious,resulting in the potential safety trouble.The actual engineering case was analyzed to find out the reasons.Numerical simulation study on the process by finite element software was performed to analyze the stress and displacement distribution of a buried gas pipeline caused by frost heave.Some technical treatment measures were put forward to provide references for the design of new gas station.
