摘要
数字地形图是国土资源部门日常地籍管理的重要工作底图之一,是不动产测绘、农村地籍调查等当前国家重点工程项目的主要数据源,这些数据源多为DWG/EDB格式制图数据,但在实际生产中,经常需要将数据转换为SHP/MDB格式建库数据。文中以广州市花都区1:500地形地籍调查为例,充分分析了MDB格式数据建库标准,利用清华山维模板控制技术结合VBS二次开发了数据转换程序,实现了地形图制图数据自动化、批量化转换为GIS建库数据,有效提高了工作效率。
Digital topographic map was one of the important work maps of the daily cadastral management of the land resources department. It was the main data source of the current national key projects, such as real estate mapping and rural cadastral survey and so on. These data sources were mostly DWG / EDB format mapping data, but in actu- al production, the data were often required to convert to SHP / MDB format to build the database.
