摘要
从分析生产者安全意识、监管执法体系、检测体系、监管联动机制、市场准入机制、诚信管理体系等六个方面入手,指出了我国农产品安全的主要根源,并提出强化政府的农产品质量安全责任、建立互联互通的信息化系统、建立生产经营者的诚信平台、严格管控农兽药使用、普及安全的农业标准生产模式等五项解决措施。
This paper analyzed the influence of edible agricultural products from safety of producer, detection system, supervision system, market access and credit management. This article found out the main causes of agricultural product security .The solving measures were proposed according to the government's responsibility, credibility construction, pesticides and veterinary drugs, intereonnection information system and agricultural standard production mode.
