临床护理路径在产科剖宫产产妇中应用的效果观察

Effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in puerperae undertaking obstetric cesarean section

目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在产科剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法将符合条件的160例计划剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组与对照组，各80例。对照组实施剖宫产的常规护理，观察组依照临床护理路径实施优质护理，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组剖宫产产后乳房肿胀硬结发生率（1．25％）较对照组（10．00％）明显降低，母乳喂养成功率（97．50％）、母婴保健知识合格率（97．50％）、新生儿护理基本操作合格率（93．75％）、护理质量达标率（98．75％）以及护理满意度（100．00％）均较对照组（88．75％、86．25％、83．75％、90．00％、92．50％）明显提高，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径在产科剖宫产产妇的有效实施，给产妇及新生儿提供了更优质的护理服务，有利于母婴健康，大大提高了产科护理质量，提升了护理服务满意度，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of applying clinical nursing path （CNP） in puerperae undertaking obstetric cesarean section. Methods 160 puerperae planning to take cesarean section were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 80 cases for each group. The control group was routinely cared and the observation group received high quality nursing care according to clinical nursing pathway. The nursing effects were compared between these two groups. Results The incidence of breast swelling and induration after cesarean section was significantly lower and the breastfeeding success rate, child health care knowledge qualified rate, neonatal nursing basic operation qulified rate, nursing quality qualified rate, and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group 0.25% vs. 10.00%, 97.5% vs. 88.75%, 97.50% vs. 86.25%, 93.75% vs. 83.75%, 98.75% vs. 90.00%, and 100.00% vs. 92.50%, with statistical differences （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The effective implementation of clinical nursing pathway in obstetric cesarean section provides better quality nursing service for pregnant women and neonates, is conducive to maternal and child health, and greatly improves the quality of obstetric care and nursing service satisfaction, so it has better clinical value.
