儿童医院神经外科护士一r般自我效能感与护士压力的相关性分析

Correlation of pressure with self-efficacy in neurosurgical nurses at children＇s hospital

目的探讨儿童医院神经外科护士自我效能感对护士压力的影响及两者之间的相关性。方法运用《一般自我效能感》和《压力源》调查表对儿童医院的神经外科60名护士进行问卷调查。结果儿童医院神经外科护士自我效能感评分平均为（2．73±0．36）分，护士压力平均分为（2．69±0．32）分，神经外科护士自我效能感与护士压力呈显著负相关。结论分析儿童医院神经外科护士自我效能感与护士压力的关系，有助于管理人员采取干预措施，帮助护士通过提高自我效能感来缓解压力，从而提高工作效率，提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the correlation of pressure with self-efficacy in neurosurgical nurses at children＇s hospital. Methods 60 nurses at our department were investigated with General Self-Efficacy Scale and Nurse Working Stressor Scale. Results The nurses＇ average score self-efficacy of neurosurgery was （2.73±0.36） points and the nurse＇s pressure was （2.69±0.32） points. The nurses＇ self-efficacy negatively correlated with their pressure. Conclusion Analyzing the correlation of pressure with self-efficacy in neurosurgical nurses at children＇s hospital is helpful for management staff taking intervention measures and help the nurses increase their self-efficacy and so as to relieve their pressure, increase their work efficiency, and improve nursing quality.
