摘要
目的研究血站脂肪血报废的原因,分析改善脂肪血报废的对策。方法以广州血液中心的脂肪血报废情况为实证,通过描述性研究,分析2014、2015、2016年2月至7月该中心各种血液制品因脂肪血报废的数据。结果2014、2015、2016三年全血制品的脂肪血率分别为4.38%、5.25%和5.46%,普通冰冻血浆脂肪血报废占全部报废的98.52%。结论脂肪血报废的产品主要集中在普通冰冻血浆,为提高对脂肪全血的利用,建议对脂肪全血的利用采取离心分离后进一步加工制备洗涤红细胞悬液的方法。
Objective To analyze the situation of fat blood discarding. Method Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the situation of fat blood discarding in Guangzhou Blood Center. Results 4.38%, 5.25%, and 5.46% of blood products were discarded because of chylus problem during 2014, 2015, and 2016 respectively. 98.52% of chylous blood products were ordinary frozen plasma. Conclusion To improve the utilization of donation, the preparation technology of washed red cell suspension should be promoted to reduce the discarding rate of fat blood in blood bank.
