摘要
为了避免超期服役电站锅炉汽包的失效而造成事故和经济损失,从锅炉运行过程中产生疲劳寿命损耗的实际情况出发,对不含裂纹和含有裂纹的两种汽包模型分别运用基于应力幅基础上的S-N曲线法和COD法进行分析,得出两种模型锅炉汽包的剩余寿命。计算表明工作温度、工作压力、裂纹的初始尺寸与剩余寿命有关。
In order to avoid the accidents and economic losses because of the extendedservice boiler drum' s failure, on the basis of an fatigue caused life loss during the operation of a boiler, two kinds of drum model are analyzed, one is a drum model that doesn't contains cracks and it is analyzed with S-N curves based on the stress range , the other is a drum model that contains cracks and it is analyzed with COD method, results show that remaining lives are related with the oper- ating temperature, the operating pressure and the initial size of cracks.
