浅论我国未来土地资源利用总体规划理论研究和编制实践

Theoretical Research and Establishment Practice of the Overall Planning of Land Resources Utilization in China in the Future

随着改革开放的持续推进,全面实施"十三五"规划,我国经济持续实现中高速发展,在这一社会发展的新时期,土地问题日益突出,土地问题是自古以来就一直存在且处于不断发展变化中的问题,是整个社会各类人都为之思考的问题。笔者通过阅读近年来我国土地利用规划和未来土地利用规划相关的文献和著作,提出了关于我国未来土地资源利用总体规划理论研究和实践方面的一些思考。

With the continuous advance of reform and opening up, the rapid development of market economy, China has entered a new period of rapid economic and social development in the new period, the social development, land issues have become increasingly prominent, the problem of land since ancient times has been in continuous develop- ment and problems in the whole society, all kinds of people to think about. The author reads the literatures and works related to land use planning and future land use planning in China in recent years, Some suggestions are made for the theoretical research and practice of the overall planning of land resources utilization in China in the future.
