复方中草药对母猪繁殖性能及子代发育的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Reproduction Performance of Sows and Growth Performance of their Offspring

为研究复方中草药对繁殖母猪生产性能及子代发育的影响,选出2~3胎次、体重、发情期相近的"长大"二元杂交母猪32头,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组16只。试验组母猪的饲料在配种前后各10d和分娩前后各20d添加复方中草药,记录母猪的产仔数、产活仔数、死胎数、木乃伊胎数以及仔猪初生窝重、周窝重,并计算仔猪平均日增重,每天观察仔猪腹泻情况,并计算腹泻率。结果表明,饲料中添加复方中草药能够显著提高窝产活仔数和活仔猪初生窝重(P<0.05),能够极显著提高断奶前仔猪窝重(P<0.01)。

In order to study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on reproduction performance of sows and growth performance of their offspring, 32 crossbred sows with similar age and close expected date of delivery during 2-3 par- ities were used and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 16 sows in each group. The sows in the experimental group were given Chinese herbal medicine from pre-mating 10 days to post-mating 10 days and from prenatal 20 days to postnatal 20 days. The litter size, alive litter size, dead fetus size, mummy size were record- ed, as well as the litter birth weight and weekend litter weight to calculate the body weight of piglets. The diarrhea oc- currence of piglets was observed per day throughout the experiment to count the diarrhea rate. The results showed that compared with the control group, the alive litter size and litter birth weight were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ）, the weekend litter weight was significantly increased （P 〈 0.01 ）.
