摘要
介绍了晃电事故对半导体企业的影响,分析了晃电事故发生的原因和企业负荷特性,提出了从供电线路、系统侧、设备侧完备的晃电治理方案。针对某半导体企业晃电事故,给出了相应的综合治理方案,对生产设备采用动态电压恢复器,对其他一些电机设备采用了抗晃电接触器,有效防止了晃电对企业生产的影响,达到了治理的要求。
This paper introduced the influence of the electric-dazzling on the semiconductor company, and analyzed the reason of electric-dazzling and the load characteristic. The paper proposed the solution scheme of electric-dazzling from power supply circuit, system side and equipment side. For the electric-dazzling in a semiconductor company,the paper presented the relative solution scheme, that is to use dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) for the production equipment, and some of the other electrical equipment with anti-shake eontactor. The solution effectively prevents the impact of the electric-dazzling on the enterprise production, and meets the requirements for production equipment.
