摘要
零件库的出现使得设计人员在使用3D软件工作过程中不必再为众多的标准件、通用件重复工作,从而大大减少了工作量、设计周期和成本,提高工作效率。然而目前尚未出现适于农机三维设计的通用零部件库,针对这个问题,利用Solidworks软件建立三维参数零件库的方法对建立"农机通用零件库"进行系统研究。结果显示,此法简便、易行且可不断更新完善具有很高的实用价值。本文以动刀片系列零件库的建立为例阐述利用Solidworks,依次经过查阅手册、绘制草图、参数化设置以及最终形成"农机通用零件库"的完整过程。
Repeat works of standard and general parts design has been avoided, during the usage of 3D software, with the development of general parts library, thus, workload, design cycle and costs are greatly reduced, and working efficiency is improved. Aiming at the lack of general parts library for 3D agricultural machinery design, general parts library of agricultural machinery was scientifically studied and established, by using Solidworks. The results show that this method is simple, easy to use, and practical, and can be up- dated and perfected continuously. Moving blade was taken as an example of the establishment of general parts library, and its overall building process was elaborated, including consulting manuals, drawing sketch, setting parameters and forming the whole library.
