车用内饰涤纶织物的阻燃耐污复合功能整理研究

Study on flame retardant, stain resistance multi-functional finishing of automotive interior trimming polyester fabric

采用耐污整理剂和阻燃整理剂对车用内饰涤纶织物进行复合功能整理,得出最佳整理工艺:阻燃剂质量浓度250 g/L,耐污整理剂质量浓度120 g/L,165℃烘2 min。整理后的织物透气性略微下降,但对内饰织物的基本使用功能不造成影响;织物在具有优良的拒水拒油、耐污性能的同时,又保持良好的阻燃性能,可以满足车用内饰织物的要求。

It was introduced that the application performance of disperse brown WXFF with a new structure and high fastness. By comparison with the disperse brown 19, the results showed that disperse brown WXFT was similar to dis- perse brown 19 in color shade, the color fastness indices were better than that of disperse brown t9, and the environmen- tal index could be qualified. In other application properties, disperse brown WXFT is similar to disperse brown 19. And disperse brown WXPT is an ideal alternative to replace disperse brown 19.
