《钠基膨润土防水毯应用技术规程》已于2016年11月28日正式发布,并于2017年3月1日起施行,编号为CECS 457:2016。本文着重介绍该规程的编制背景、编制依据和主要内容,供使用者参考。
The Standard of ＂Technical specification for application of sodium bentonite geosynthetic clay liner＂ has been published on November 28, 2016 and came into effect from March 1, 2017. The standard number is CECS 457：2016. The article introduces the development background, development basis and main contents of the standard, for the user as references.
