胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)是一种活性蛋白多肽物质,由IGF-1基因编码,具有类胰岛素功能,它对促进动物机体生长发育、调节机体物质代谢和治疗众多疾病等方面具有重要意义。探讨IGF-1基因功能区多态性对动物体生产机能的作用,具有重要的实践意义与经济价值。论文对IGF-1基因功能、基因多态性与生产性能关系进行综述,以其为相关研究提供参考。

Insulin-like growth factor 1 （IGF-1） is a kind of active protein polypeptide with insulin-like function.It plays an important role in promoting the growth and development of animals,regulating the metabolism and treating many diseases.It is of great practical significance and economic value to study the function of IGF-1 gene between mutation and polymorphism and animal production function.Therefore,the relationship between IGF-1 gene function,gene polymorphism and production performance is reviewed in this paper, which provides some references for related studies.
