通过分析农村社会消费品、农产品、农业生产资料流通数据,预测农村物流网络总量至2020年将达100万亿元,电子商务总量将达20万亿元规模。农村物流网络潜力巨大。运用聚类分析,将全国农村物流网络细分五类。一是大城市所辖农村地区发展产业链内部化物流即建设城乡一体化物流网络;二是工业发达城市所辖农村地区发展本地化物流即建设乡镇物流中心为主的网络;三是人口密集农村地区发展物流综合经营服务即建设面向全国的物流网络;四是耕地资源丰富农村地区发展第三方、第四方物流即建设大型配送中心为节点的农村物流网络;五是民族农村地区建设双向物流网络。根据各类物流网络特征制定建设方案,使顶层设计更具针对性,进而提出从农业物流向农村物流转变、突出各地特色、培育新型市场主体、促进农村产业融合的政策建议。

Trough the rural social consumer goods, agricultural products, agricultural production data analyses, the total demand of rural logistics network could be forecasted. The total rural logistics would reach the scale of 100 trillion Yuan in 2020. The scale of e-commerce would reach 20 trillion Yuan. The potential of rural logistics network was great. Through cluster analysis, the national rural logistics network was divided into five categories. The first was rural areas within the city logistics which developed subdivision industrial chain, the integration of urban and rural logistics network. The second was the development of localized logistics industrialization developed rural areas, which developed the construction of rural logistics center network. The third was densely populated rural areas, the development of logistics services, comprehensive management of construction for the national logistics network. The fourth was vast land the rural area development of the third and fourth party logistics, the construction of large-scale distribution. The fifth was mainly for the two-way logistics network node construction of rural logistics network and the national rural areas.Then made the construction plan according to the features of the logistics network in different areas. It was made the top-level design more targeted. And then put forward the policy recommendations, which were transformating from agriculture to rural logistics logistics, highlighting the local characteristics, cultivating the new market players, and promoting the rural industrial convergence.
