激光3D打印过程温度场数值模拟

摘要 通过对激光能量输入的数学处理,建立激光3D打印过程中的温度场模型.利用ANSYS对不同工艺条件下的温度场进行数值模拟,温度场云图的圆形高斯分布符合激光光束截面上的光强分布.采用热像仪对激光3D打印过程的温度场进行实测,对实测结果与模拟结果进行对比分析,两者的温度场分布互相吻合.所建立的温度场模型可实现激光3D打印工艺的计算机分析和优化. By mathematical treatments of laser energy input, the model of temperature field for laser 3D printing process was built. ANSYS was used to numerical simulation of temperature field under different process conditions. The Gaussian distribution of temperature field cloud picture was identical to the light intensity distribution of laser beam cross-section. Temperature field for 3D printing process was measured by thermal imaging system. The measured results were analyzed comparing with the simulation results, and, these two kinds of results coincide with each other. The model of temperature field built by this paper can be used to 3D printing process optimization.
