红外光谱结合化学计量学方法鉴别桔子精油的品质 被引量:2

摘要 本文以8种桔子精油为研究对象,采用ATR-FTIR结合判别分析法建立了几类桔子精油的识别模型.模型清晰地将样品分成了4大类:低浓度柠檬烯桔子油(b类)、中浓度柠檬烯桔子油(a类)、高浓度柠檬烯桔子油(c类)和高浓度柠檬烯桔子油(d类).运用所建模型,对3种桔子精油样品进行分析检测,结果表明,利用模型可以简便、快速地鉴别不同品质的桔子精油.为桔子精油的快速鉴别提供了一种新的方法. Taking eight kinds of orange essential oil as the object, the recognition orange essential oil model was established using ATR-FTIR combined with discriminant analysis. The sample is clearly divided into four categories: low concentration limonene orange oil (b), medium concentration limonene orange oil (a), high concentration limonene orange oil (c), high concentration limonene orange oil (d). Based on the model, three kinds of orange essential oil samples were analyzed. The results showed that the different quality orange essential oil could be identified easily and quickly. It provides a new method for the identification of orange essential oil.
