为了更好地促进段位制长拳的普及推广,本文采用文献资料法、实验法和逻辑分析法,以段位制长拳演练的配乐与口令探究为研究对象,对段位制长拳三段的演练进行风格特点分析.分阶段创编口令并配以背景音乐,制作演练所用的配乐,以期能够调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,帮助练习者掌握动作和巩固练习,从而提高段位制长拳教学的效果,促进武术段位制系列教程的普及和推广,推动传统文化的普及与发展.
