延安地区农村小学师资队伍情况调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 教师在整个教育过程中发挥着不可估量的作用,而一个学校的教学质量及教学水平很大程度上取决于师资力量。位于我国西部的延安地区,农村小学师资队伍的现状不容乐观,教师整体受教育程度偏低,教师整体知识系统相对老化,教师年龄的分布不均衡,教师对教学的掌控能力较弱。针对延安地区农村小学教师存在的问题,我们应加强农村教师专业知识的培养,更新农村教师的知识储备,均衡农村教师的年龄,提升农村教师的教学能力,力图使延安地区农村小学师资队伍的素质有所提高。 Teachers play an important role in the whole processof education, and the the quality and level of teach-ing for a school depend on the teachers. Located in China' s western region, Yan' an' s situation of rural primaryschool teachers is not optimistic : teacher' s low level of education, relatively outmoded knowledge system, unevenage distribution of teachers, and teachers' weak teaching control ability. In view of the problems existing in theprimary school teachers in rural areas of Yan' an, our proposed strategy is strengthening rural teachers professionalknowledge training, updating the knowledge reserve ofrural teachers and balancing the age of rural teachers, im-proving the teaching ability of teachers in rural areas in order to improve the quality of rural primary school teachersin Yan' an area.
