图书馆工作者反思性实践的调查研究

The Investigation about the Library Workers' Reflective Practice

"反思性实践"旨在弥合专业工作者的专业知识与来自实践世界的需求之间存在的鸿沟。研究借助问卷对图书馆工作者的反思性实践状况进行了调查,结果显示:图书馆工作者对于反思性实践的价值表现出极大的认同感,超过一半的人认同反思性实践在"促进专业发展"、"在反思事件的过程中学习"、"联系理论与实践"等方面的功能。当下的反思性实践存在诸如"缺少时间"、"缺乏动机"、"没有专业引领"等阻碍因素;有没有参加反思性写作培训与是否有过反思性写作具有显著的相关性。改进图书馆工作者反思性实践的途径主要有开展反思性实践培训、制度化反思性实践、加强反思性实践的馆际交流。

Reflective practice is aimed at bridging the gap between the expertise of professionals and the needs ofthe real world. Investigation has been made for the reflective practice of library workers. The library workers for thevalue of reflective practice show great identity, and more than half of the library workers who are investigated agreewith the role of reflective practice in ＂promoting professios＂, ＂learning from significant incidents＂, and ＂linkingtheory and practice＂, etc. The present reflective practice have some obstacles, such as ＂lack of time＂, ＂lack ofmotivation＂, ＂lack of guidance＂, etc. The relationship between training in reflective writing and engaging in re-flective writing is found to be significant. The methods to improve reflective practice of the library workers are main-ly carrying out the training of reflective practice, institutionalizing reflective practice, and strengthening the interli-brary communication of reflective practice.
