The surgical treatment of vaginal vault prolapse in elderly women

阴道穹窿脱垂是子宫切除术后常见的并发症之一,因对女性泌尿系统、肛门、直肠及性功能的影响,患者的生活质量明显下降,同时这类患者往往年龄较大,合并症多,处理起来相对棘手。随着近年来对盆底解剖的进一步认识及微创外科技术的发展,治疗阴道穹窿脱垂的传统术式得到了改良,一些新的术式在临床上应用也越来越广泛,本文就阴道穹窿脱垂的手术治疗进展进行综述。

Vaginal vault prolapseis one of the common complications after hysterectomy,for women,the influ- ence ofurinary system, anus, rectum and sexual function, the quality of life of patients with obvious drop, at the same time,these patients tend to be older, more complications, treatment is relatively difficult. In recent years, as the further understanding of pelvic floor anatomy and the development of minimally invasive surgery technology, the traditional oper- ation for treatment of vaginal vault prolapse has been improved. Some new operation is becoming more and more widely applied in clinic. The progress of the surgical treatment of vaginal vault prolapse is summarized in this paper.
