电感耦合等离子体质谱仪在地表水痕量元素检测中的应用

摘要 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICPMS)测定地表水中的Cd、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Pb6种痕量元素。实验结果表明,各元素检测的线性系数均大于0.9990,方法检出限为0.009~0.603μg/ml,标准样品测定值均在标准范围内。该仪器具有操作简便,检测线性范围宽,分析速度快,检出限低,精密度高的特点,大幅提升实验室检测效率。 To determine the trace elements such as cadmium, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, lead, in the surface water by ICP-MS. The experiment results show that the linear coefficients of each element are greater than 0.9990, and the detection limit is from 0.009-0.603μg/ml, and the standard sample values are all within the standard range. This instrument has the advantages of sim- ple operation, wide linear range, fast analysis speed, low detection limit and high precision, and greatly improves the efficiency of the laboratory.
