摘要
为适应京津冀协同发展的需要,北京市于2015年启动"高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目",北京工业职业技术学院进入首批贯通培养示范院校。以该院学业导师和生活导师结合的"双导师制"培养方案为例,探讨贯通培养项目学生的教育模式,以期为贯通培养项目学生教育提供经验支持。
In order to meet the needs of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Beijing launched a run - through cultivation program of top - level technical and skilled talents in 2015. Beijing Polytech- nic College is one of the first batch of training demonstration Colleges. In this paper, we take the education model of the students of Run - through cultivation program as the example to discuss the ＂double tutors system＂ based on the combination of Life and Academic tutors in Beijing Polytechnic College, so as to provide experience support for the cultivation of the students of Run - through Cultivation Program.
