高职学生情绪智力现状及其教育对策——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students' EI——Taking Beijing Polytechnic College as an Example

为了解北京工业职业技术学院学生情绪智力现状,同时为制定高职学生情绪智力培养方案提供依据,使用大学生情绪智力问卷对189名高职学生进行调查,并对其结果进行统计分析。结果表明:高职学生情绪智力水平总分显著低于一般大学生;情绪智力分数与是否班干部、生源地和是否京籍学生等因素有关。提出高职学生情绪智力现状需要重视,并通过完善高职学生综合素质评价系统、加强情绪智力培养等途径来提升高职学生情绪智力水平的建议。

To understand the current situation of vocational college students＂ emotional intelligence, and to provide the basis for the emotional intelligence education program, 189 vocational college students were investigated with the questionnaire of College Students＂ Emotional Intelligence, and the results were statistically analyzed. The total score of vocational college students＂ emotional intelligence was significantly lower than that of general college students. The scores of emotional intelligence are related to such factors as the student leaders, the distributions of students＇hometowns and Beijing citizens. It is important to evaluate and research the vocational college students＇e- motional intelligence, and use the way of comprehensive quality evaluation system and EI educational programs to improve the level of vocational college students＂ emotional intelligence.
