摘要
为了提高高职院校英语教学水平,依据掌握学习理论和动机理论,结合高职院校学生英语学习实际情况,从教学方式和考核方式2个方面构建"英语听说阶梯讲练教学模式"。这种教学模式有利于实现教学基本目标、促进学生心理健康、提高学生的学习自信心,付诸于教学实践取得了显著成效。
In order to improve the teaching level of English in the higher vocational colleges, the "Ladder Teaching Mode of Listening and Speaking of English" is constructed from two aspects of teaching modes and testing methods, which is based on the Mastery Learning Theory and Learning Motivation Theory, as well as the practical English studying situation of students in higher vocational colleges. This teaching mode contributes the implementation of the basic teaching goals, improvement of the students'mental health and their studying confidence. It achieved the remarkable success in the teaching practice. It has met with great success in the teaching experience.
