Ecological Ethics Construction in the Heilongjiang Sino-Russian Border

面对黑龙江中俄边境地区现存的森林锐减、湿地围垦、植被破坏、水土流失、生物多样性破坏,以及水资源、土壤、空气污染等生态困境,应加快进行黑龙江中俄边境地区的生态伦理建设,只有将生态伦理实践融入黑龙江中俄边境地区的政治、经济、文化及社会实践中,才能将黑龙江中俄边境地区的生态文明建设向纵深层次推进。

The Heilongjiang Sino-Russian border area confronts the existing ecological predicaments such as sharp forest reduction, wetland reclamation, vegetation destruction, soil erosion, destroying of biodiversity, and the pollution of water resources, soil and air, etc. In this regard, the Heilongjiang Sino-Russian border area should speed up ecological ethics construction. It is through incorporating the ecological ethical practice into the political, economic, cultural and social practice that the construction of ecological civilization in Heilongjiang Sino-Russian border can be pushed into the deepper level.
