城镇化进程中新生代农民工市民化的价值观问题研究

Research of the Citizenization of New Generation Peasant-Workers in Urbanization Process

随着我国城镇化水平的加快,农村居民越来越多的选择到城市中就业,"农民工"群体不断加大,新生代农民工价值观成为现阶段急需解决的问题,同时,也是我国实现工业化、现代化和城镇化的必然要求。针对城镇化进程中新生代农民工市民化价值观问题进行研究,以期了解其中比较突出的特点,通过合理的利益调节,正确引导农民工的市民化价值观,促进我国社会的健康快速发展。

With the speeding up of urbanization level in our country, more and more rural residents choose to get jobs in the city, leading to the population increasing of ＂migrant workers＂. It has become an urgent problem at present stage to guide the values of new generation peasant- workers, the resolution of this problem is also the inevitable requirement for our country to realize industrialization, modernization and urbanization. In this regard, this paper makes a study on the value issue of their citizenzation in the urbanization process, expects to understand some prominent characteristics, and hopes to correctly guide their values through the reasonable interests adjustment so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of our country.
