College graduates are a special group who needs greatly concerning because they are apt to larger fluctuation in terms of study, life, psychology for the fact that they are faced with the double tasks of study and employment. College graduate management should follow the educational concept of graduates＇ self management, should make psychological counseling and guidance, should improve the level of college management and service, and should explore practical and feasible approaches for graduate management.
