Professional Development of Student Affairs Group of Private Colleges Based on the Competency Model——A Case Study of the Quanzhou Area

采用泉州地区民办高校的辅导员胜任力现状作为实证分析,对辅导员胜任力的影响因素进行调查,民办高校辅导员的专业化发展应创新资格准入机制,优化培训体系,建立保障体系,推进学生工作队伍的专业化建设。

This paper makes an empirical study on the present situation about counselors＇ competence in private colleges in the Quanzhou area and investigates the factors influencing counselors＇ competency. The professional development of counselor in private colleges should innovate the qualification admittance mechanism, optimize the training system, establish the security system, and promote the professional construction of student affairs group.
