京津冀协同发展背景下高等教育资源衔接与优化研究

Linking and Optimization of Higher Educational Resources under the Background of the Coordinated Development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀作为我国经济发展的核心建设区域,其发展进程得到高度重视。京津冀经济发展的不断深化,人才需求与供应正在不断呈现供不应求的趋势。对京津冀地区高等教育资源进行合理划分与利用,是对京津冀地区人才需求、教育合作问题的合理解决途径。京津冀地区高等教育发展不平衡、高等教育人才输送失衡,应在京津冀协调发展背景下,使高等教育资源优化衔接。

As the core construction area of the economic development in our country, the development process in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region gets highly valued. With the continuously deepening economic development in this region, there emerges the trend that the supply of talents demand is unable to meet the demands. Taking rational division and utilization about the higher education resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is regarded as the reasonable solution to the problems in talent demand and education cooperation in this region. There exists unbalanced development in educational development and talents conveying in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region; therefore, higher education resource should be optimized and linked well under the background of coordinated development.
