基层党校教学中存在的问题及对策探讨

Exploration of Existing Problems in Grass-roots Party Schools and the Coping Strategies

习近平总书记在全国党校工作会议上对做好新形势下党校工作做了一系列重要论述,指出党校教学的重心、提高党校科研水平的路径、抓好党校师资队伍建设的重要性。基于此,试对现阶段基层党校教学中存在的问题进行浅析并提出相应对策,以期为基层党校教学质量提高提供参考。

General secretary of the party--Xi Jinping made a series of important discussions on how to better do the work of party school under the new situation at national party school meeting, pointing out the center of party school teaching, the paths of raising the scientific research level of the party school, and the importance of constructing teaching staff for the party school. Based on this, this paper makes a brief analysis on the present problems existing in the grass-roots party school teaching and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for the improvement of teaching quality in grass-roots party schools.
