Four-dimensional Model of Teaching Management Culture and its Application Analysis

学校和文化之间存在着密切的联系,同时学校文化也是社会文化的重要组成部分,而学校的教学管理文化是制度文化与精神文化的重要象征,教学管理文化有助于加强学校的教学管理能力,也有助于建设和谐校园环境。教学管理文化的建设需要四个操作变量,分别是教学管理观、教学管理行为文化、教学管理制度文化以及教学设施和物理环境文化。分析学校教学管理文化建设的现状和意义,提出教学管理文化四维模型以及在实践中具体的应用情况,并对其进行进一步完善。

There is close relationship between school and culture. School culture is the important component of social culture, and school teaching management culture is the important symbol of system culture and spiritual culture. Teaching management culture contributes to the improvement of teaching management ability and the cultivation of a harmonious campus environment. The construction of the teaching management culture needs four operating variables： views of manages teaching, behavioral culture of teaching management, system culture of teaching management and teaching facilities and physical environment culture. This paper analyzes the present situation and the significance about the construction of school teaching management cultural, puts forward the four-dimensional model of teaching management culture and the concrete application situation in practice, and makes further perfection on it.
