摘要
各大高等院校不断进行扩招,独立院校作为民办机制高等院校的独立学校,与其他国家级高校相比是较为特殊的存在,同时也承担着为社会培养优秀本科人才的使命。但由于体制的特殊性,独立院校毕业生面临着更大的就业压力。分析独立院校大学生就业质量不高的主要原因,探讨提升独立院校大学生就业质量的发展对策,希望对部分独立院校和社会研究人员提供借鉴与帮助。
Independent colleges emerge as non-governmental institutions of higher learning along with the increasing enrollment expansion of colleges and universities. Although they are regarded as special existence compared with other national colleges and universities, they bear the same mission of cultivating excellent undergraduate talents for the society. However, independent colleges are now facing even greater employment pressure due to the particularity of school-running system. In this regard, this paper analyzes the main causes of low employment quality and explores development coping strategies of improving employment quality. It is hopeful that the study can provide reference and help for the some independent colleges and social researchers.
